- This is not a food show, but I love livermush!(‘Nuff Said”) So, we'll be talking about food a lot!

- It is a Labour of Love for myself and my Hometown.
- It is a show about you and me and finding out why the Charlotte/Metrolina region is a great place to be!
- It is a show that I get to introduce you folks I grew up with who influenced me in my life. (I got some "Very Unique" friends y'all so this should be interesting!)

It's time for another edition of the Jeff Johnson show a real, genuine, authentic podcast where I get to reconnect with the people and places and events of my hometown area. Charlotte, North Carolina. All right, let's get this show started.
[00:00:43] Merry Christmas, everybody. It's your man, Jeff Johnson, JJ in the house. And I hope that this loud voice finds you all in the Christmas spirit. It's going to be a tough one this year for a lot of folks. And [00:01:00] it's going to be difficult. A lot of people can't travel a lot of people staying home, but I hope that each and every one of you understands, this is about.
[00:01:11] Something different than just being around folks. And you know, COVID doing its ugly thing, keeping people from really seeing each other, things like that. It's a big deal. But remember what the reason for the season is your gifts are good. Of course family's good. The food is right on. The food is all about that, but it's about the birth of Jesus.
[00:01:42] And I hope that we look at this day to reflect on the great things and the good things that we do have the blessings that we were each given and how we can share those same things with others. [00:02:00] The show's a short one because all I'm going to do is wish you all a great Merry Christmas. I'm going to be back on the other side.
