This week Charli and Bethany talk about what virtual tradeshows and events might look like and how to get the most out of them.
Then Charli interviews Courtney VanValkenburg, a pipe welder from Billings Montana who works for Phillips 66 and CHS refinery. Courtney has been welding for ten years and has been in LU 30 for four years. In addition to welding, she loves dirt biking, baking, and crafting.
A note from Courtney:
"To the future gals thinking of getting in the trades – Go for it! Shoot for the moon!! It will be hard, and you will always have to prove yourself, day-in and day-out, but if you have drive and integrity, you can conquer the construction world! Perseverance is key, my fellow tradie ladies!”
