This week, Charli interviews Dylan Day and discusses Challenging the Status Quo. 

Dylan Day has 10+ years in the maintenance industry and is a keen and analytical industrial mechanic with a passion for leadership. He has a skillset in welding, structural steel erection, grouting, leveling, alignments, mechanical overhauls, industrial maintenance, and implementing new maintenance programs.  

He has a diverse background in the oil & gas industry, mining, shipbuilding, new construction, renewable energy (wind turbines/hydro power), power generation (steam & gas turbines) and forestry (sawmills, OSB, pulp & paper).

He has a passion for teaching and growing the people around him, he loves a challenge, and he enjoys meeting new people and sharing his passions of maintenance and mechanical systems. He has a positive attitude, is eager to see you succeed, and has high energy in everything he does.
