Lindsey didn’t choose mining recruiting as a career, it chose her. The daughter of MRC founder Robert Schultz, Lindsey has been involved in the business since she was old enough to pull resumes off the fax machine. She juggled school around trips with her dad, learning every aspect of the business. Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from Arizona State University. She lives with her family in Colorado.
