  • I think that the biggest challenge for most would be franchise or how to get started
  • I definitely suggest that anybody that's considering franchising always should engage with consultants
  • We've got a library of literally hundreds of franchise models that I've developed over the years are an invaluable resource in terms of getting a client ready to the market
  •  What we have to bear in mind is some unless we're exceptionally fortunate, it's probably going to take us a couple of months to identify properly recruit the first franchisee
  • We only need the marketing documentation to actually breathe life into the franchise underneath it to the waking world
  • I learned a long time ago, if you want to successfully trademark a brand, you need to come up with a word that nobody's ever used properly before
  • Branding is a very broad subject
  • My personal specialization is in professional services franchisees
  • I would certainly expect to see a franchise or probably recover the entire investment in the professional services is invested in within nine months of launch
  • Most consultants will work for a client during the development stage
  • They need to make sure that they're at the right stage of their journey
