Hello everyone. Thank you all so much for tuning in to Miss Lauren TB. I am your host, Miss Lauren. If this is your first time tuning in, thank you so much for listening. I hope that you gain what you need from this episode and all of my other episodes on this podcast. Please share it with somebody so we can all do this thing called life honey together. Okay. So to get into it, today's title is going to be Don't Take the Out on Me. And so today we're just going to really briefly but profoundly dive into the fact and understanding that we don't deal with human flesh. We deal with the spirit that resides in that person. So immediately relating that to scripture, Ephesians 6 and 12, for we are not wrestling with flesh and blood, contending only with physical opponents, but against the depotisms, against powers, against the master spirits, who are the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit force of wickedness in the heavenly supernatural sphere. So understanding that we don't deal with necessarily with the human body, the human flesh that the physical eye can see. We are dealing with the spirit that resides in that person and knowing that this can be positive or negative. Today we are more so kind of speaking of the negative spirits and negative entities that relies in people. So that way we can have a better response and a better reaction to certain situations and conversations that may trigger us because that we now understand that it's not that person, it's that spirit that lies within that person. And some may ask, okay, so how do we how do we combat evil with good? You know, how do we counter that? We need to pray for that spirit within that person rather than to lash out at that person. Once again, understanding that it's the spirit within them, it's not that human flesh that we see. Also understanding, too, that this is God's child. God is the creator of everything, he created everyone. So understanding that we still need to give that person that Christ-like love that God shows us, but understanding that that person just has a negative spirit operating within them. Another thing, too, that I think was so good for me to understand is I think sometimes we just give people a little bit too much credit. And I say that with a lot of grace and humility because even for myself, um, it applies to me as well. But I think that sometimes we give people too much credit in a sense of everyone does not self-reflect. So everyone does not go home to self-reflect, everyone um is not self-aware of themselves, of their speech, of their um thought process, of just how they come across. Some people, they just, you know, live literally just day to day, and there's absolutely no self-reflection in their game plan at all. And I think with understanding that we can show people a little bit more grace, and we can pray for that'll like lead us to, I would, I would say, pray for those spirits, pray for that person, that number one, that God reveals themselves to themselves so that they can, you know, come to a common senses and say, hey, you know, I need to work on this, or hey, I don't really like how I handle these things. I need to work on that. I want to be better, and that way that they can have a better time, I would say, just you know, having conversations and engaging with people, um, interacting with people. But I think that we have to understand that, you know, a lot of people they just aren't self-aware and that sometimes people really just don't know. What's common sense for me, it may not be common sense for that person. What I think is oblivious to me, it really genuinely might not be oblivious to that person. And I think praying for them, that will help reveal things to them. It'll help reveal things to you. But I think both of those they can work hand in hand for the greater good of that person. I would also say, as well as for praying for that spirit within that person. And when you pray for that spirit, I always, you know, when I pray for that spirit, honey, I cast it back down to the pits of hell from which it came from. And honey, I tell that spirit, you go play with the devil down there in the lack of fire. But what you won't do is play here in my face, you know. Um, but as I'm very firm when I pray for that spirit that's operating inside a person that I don't like, I pray very aggressively towards that spirit. Um, so that way I can make sure that my reactions and my responses, I can have control over my responses and my reactions. And I say that to say, even in your responses to these negative entities that reside within people, you still want to make sure that you are operating in the fruits of the spirit that is so important. And so pray for yourself. As much as you're gonna pray for that spirit within that person to be driven out, you also want to pray for yourself that you be filled with the Holy Spirit, that you are filled with the fruits of the spirit so that you can continue and operate in a light that is Christ-like, that you can continue to operate in a light that God will be proud of and pleased with. Because what you don't want to do is overcome evil with more evil. You don't want to add more fuel to the fire because then it just explodes, right? It's just a huge huge explosion. Nothing good is gonna come from that. I can speak from experience. I was the queen of matching energy, honey. I was ready on even any given day, okay? Um, I was just, I was with it always, always, always, always. Um, but I had to learn that you cannot be that way. You have to overcome evil with good. You still have to be Christ-like in certain situations that you feel that you may have every reason to not be Christ-like. Sometimes you may want to put your Christ-likeness, just you just want to sit it down. Okay, you just want to sit it down, and you want to just, you know, really get to that person's level and just really tell them what it is and what it is not. But you cannot do that. Now, I do feel that kindness does come with being assertive, and I do think that kindness, it does come with integrity and transparency because Jesus was not a pushover, he was very assertive. He told the people exactly what the people needed to hear. But I think it's his posture, his heart posture, his character posture, and the way that he delivered the message. I think for me is what is so profound, and for me, it's what stood out and how I need to operate more in. So, how you respond to these things is very important as a follower and a believer of Christ, and just as a person that wants to always exude light and love and all the things, you have to just be mindful of your response and your reaction. Um, understanding that people are always watching, and most importantly, God is always watching. You don't ever want to block your blessing all because a negative spirit or a negative entity is taking over and wanting you to be combative with it, wanting you to wrestle with it and argue with it. No, no, no, no, no. You have to learn how to um combat that. So just even relating that back to scripture, Romans 12 and 21, do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. So don't allow that negative spirit in someone to um bring you out of character. Don't allow that spirit to, you know, make you go off a limb that you are gonna end up regretting, that you can't come back from in different things. Because as we know, anger and all of those things, it leads to a multitude of things, a multitude. And the Bible even says, be slow to anger for this reason. Be slow to anger. Because when you get angry and you get resentful and you just have all these negative spirits and emotions build up in you, it leads to something that is not for the greater good. And like I said, you don't want to have any regrets, or you don't want to do anything that you will, you know, have to live with for the rest of your life in a sense, or just something that you're just not proud of. So just making sure that as much as you pray for that spirit to be driven out of that person, you pray for yourself. You pray that you can acknowledge that spirit. So before you last shout at someone, you can acknowledge, hey, okay, so this is not this person speaking to me. A negative spirit has creeped up inside of this person and is using this person as a vessel to try to attack me, to try to come at me, to try to trigger me. And you just have to be the bigger person and understand how to counter that. And like I said, you just counter that with prayer. I just think prayer and discernment is going to be the best fit here. Um, if you have you know anything else, feel free to comment on my page down below and give me ways and tips that you overcome evil with good. But I think just understanding prayer, praying for that spirit within that person and praying for yourself is so important. Because again, like I said, some people don't self-reflect. So some people see no harm in what they do because this is how they've been all their their life. They are not prone or privy to growth or maturing or elevating. They don't really know how to because they've never had anyone to challenge them in that area to grow or mature or self-reflect. So you just pray that God reveals them to them. You pray that they, you know, that they just can see it within themselves, that God just shows them them, and however he does it. We are not the author of controlling the situation. All we can do is just pray for the situation and let God be God and let him do what he is going to do. So, full circle moment, just coming back to the topic. Um, the title of today's podcast episode, don't take that out on me, taking that out on me in relation to correlating to the human flesh. Take that out on the author of the evilness, which is the enemy, which is the devil. You rebuke him, honey, and like I said, you cast him back down to the pits of hell from which he came from, him and that spirit both. And you tell them they go play together in the like a fire, honey, and you get out my face with that, okay? So that's what we're gonna do moving forward. And I hope that this was just, I know it's brief, but I just hope that still with even within this brief message, that you can still just grasp something from this message, learn something from this message and apply it. To me, what's so important is the Bible also speaks of do not only be a hearer of the word, but be a doer of the word. Because if you're just gonna hear the word and not apply it, you might as well just not even hear it. Because then it's not going to manifest in your life, it's not gonna be beneficial to you in your everyday life. So hear the word and be a doer of the word and watch how your relationships change, your connections, your friendships, just different things in your life. Watch how they change and watch how you change, watch how your reactions to certain conversations or situations that may have triggered you in the past. Watch how you change, watch how you grow, watch how you get better, and that'll even make you feel good within yourself because it's like, you know what? Last year, or just even six months ago, or even two months ago, 30 days ago, I would have responded this way. But on today, I can respond differently. And that's growth within yourself. And to me, that's always a confidence booster, it's always a self-esteem booster. It just always, you know, makes you feel like, you know what? Okay, I'm doing something right. I'm growing, she's growing, she's elevating. Because who doesn't like growth? I love growth. I feel like I'm constantly um self-reflecting and all things, and I do think that you need to have limitations to your um self-reflecting and self-awareness because you don't want to grow an ego with that, but that's another topic. But self-reflection is phenomenal, growth is phenomenal, maturing and maturity is phenomenal, and being better is always phenomenal. So, once again, thank you all for tuning in to Miss Lauren TV.
