I"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":256.91,"endTime":263.03,"body":"was always hunting for that"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":263.06,"endTime":268.79,"body":"dream job. And I thought, if I"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":263.06,"endTime":268.79,"body":"just look hard enough, if I try"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":268.79,"endTime":271.97,"body":"enough jobs, I'll find it. Like"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":268.79,"endTime":271.97,"body":"it's out there somewhere. I know"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":271.97,"endTime":275.06,"body":"I'll find it. And then the"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":271.97,"endTime":275.06,"body":"harder I tried, the more"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":275.06,"endTime":279.44,"body":"frustrated I became. And then I certainly"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":316.13,"endTime":319.61,"body":"couldn't connect the dots"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":319.61,"endTime":324.59,"body":"between what I was doing in my"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":319.61,"endTime":324.59,"body":"day to day. And where that dream"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":324.59,"endTime":328.58,"body":"job was, it was almost as if I"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":324.59,"endTime":328.58,"body":"felt entitled, like, I went"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":328.58,"endTime":332.57,"body":"through all the steps, and I"},{"speaker":"Gina Covarrubias","startTime":328.58,"endTime":332.57,"body":"checked the boxes. At some"},{"speaker":"Aaron Moncur","startTime":377.84,"endTime":382.16,"body":"point, I stopped loving it.
