In fact,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":237.82,"endTime":240.78,"body":"he wasn't even born yet when I"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":240.78,"endTime":245.82,"body":"started doing that, I was"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":240.78,"endTime":245.82,"body":"involved with two organizations,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":245.82,"endTime":250.44,"body":"one called est, and the which is"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":245.82,"endTime":250.44,"body":"the earner Earhart seminar"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":250.44,"endTime":253.5,"body":"trainings, and the other was"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":250.44,"endTime":253.5,"body":"called Isa, the Institute for"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":253.5,"endTime":258.6,"body":"self actualization. And both of"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":253.5,"endTime":258.6,"body":"those organizations, the goal"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":258.6,"endTime":263.06,"body":"was about the same, which was to"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":258.6,"endTime":263.06,"body":"to get people to really look at"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":263.3,"endTime":267.38,"body":"their belief systems and how"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":263.3,"endTime":267.38,"body":"they they are their own worst"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":267.38,"endTime":271.64,"body":"enemies in most cases, and"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":267.38,"endTime":271.64,"body":"through the years, I've had"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":271.7,"endTime":274.52,"body":"dozens, if not hundreds of"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":271.7,"endTime":274.52,"body":"letters from people telling me"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":274.52,"endTime":277.52,"body":"that the seminars completely"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":274.52,"endTime":277.52,"body":"changed their lives and they're"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":277.52,"endTime":281.8,"body":"happier and Their relationships"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":277.52,"endTime":281.8,"body":"are more fulfilling and like"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":281.8,"endTime":286.36,"body":"that. So to answer your"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":281.8,"endTime":286.36,"body":"question, specifically, I had"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":286.36,"endTime":292.54,"body":"just about come to the end of my"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":286.36,"endTime":292.54,"body":"time in the human development"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":292.54,"endTime":296.14,"body":"method, because one of the"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":292.54,"endTime":296.14,"body":"things that I came to realize is"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":296.14,"endTime":300.12,"body":"that most of the people that"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":296.14,"endTime":300.12,"body":"needed this information. The"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":300.12,"endTime":303.54,"body":"most, and it really is. It's"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":300.12,"endTime":303.54,"body":"great freeing information that's"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":303.54,"endTime":306.6,"body":"available, but the people who"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":303.54,"endTime":306.6,"body":"need it the most would never"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":306.6,"endTime":310.56,"body":"come to one of those seminars."},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":306.6,"endTime":310.56,"body":"So I was basically teaching"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":310.56,"endTime":315.48,"body":"preaching to the choir every"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":310.56,"endTime":315.48,"body":"weekend, and I got to a point"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":315.48,"endTime":320.04,"body":"where I wanted to find a better"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":315.48,"endTime":320.04,"body":"route, and I thought, you know,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":320.04,"endTime":323.6,"body":"the people that could use this,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":320.04,"endTime":323.6,"body":"as most, are probably working"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":323.6,"endTime":327.14,"body":"eight to five, then going home,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":323.6,"endTime":327.14,"body":"opening a beer and sitting in"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":327.14,"endTime":332.42,"body":"front of the TV. So maybe that's"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":327.14,"endTime":332.42,"body":"where I should be, is in the TV,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":332.42,"endTime":337.16,"body":"talking to them. And I realized"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":332.42,"endTime":337.16,"body":"that, also that a straight up"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":337.16,"endTime":342.16,"body":"approach would not be would not"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":337.16,"endTime":342.16,"body":"work. It has to be hidden in"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":342.16,"endTime":346.3,"body":"some sort of other"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":342.16,"endTime":346.3,"body":"entertainment, but to"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":346.3,"endTime":349.84,"body":"entertainment that is"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":346.3,"endTime":349.84,"body":"educational. At the same time,"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":351.82,"endTime":356.14,"body":"at the as I was coming to that"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":351.82,"endTime":356.14,"body":"realization, a person that I had"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":356.14,"endTime":360.1,"body":"worked with in the past was"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":356.14,"endTime":360.1,"body":"leaving the Robinson"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":360.58,"endTime":365.82,"body":"organization, and she"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":360.58,"endTime":365.82,"body":"recommended me to Tony. And so"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":365.82,"endTime":368.34,"body":"Tony invited me to come out. I"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":365.82,"endTime":368.34,"body":"really didn't know anything"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":368.34,"endTime":371.22,"body":"about him at the time. And I turned"},{"speaker":"Michael Hadley","startTime":403.96,"endTime":407.38,"body":"him down.
