I go, 'I want to have"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":332.08,"endTime":335.5,"body":"my hands engaged, my brain"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":332.08,"endTime":335.5,"body":"engaged.' And, and that's"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":335.5,"endTime":339.85,"body":"happened all through my career."},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":335.5,"endTime":339.85,"body":"But as I got through the"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":339.85,"endTime":343.48,"body":"program, and I realized, this is"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":339.85,"endTime":343.48,"body":"at a time when they were still"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":343.48,"endTime":347.29,"body":"really pushing critical thinking"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":343.48,"endTime":347.29,"body":"skills. So getting background"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":347.29,"endTime":350.14,"body":"and not only industrial process,"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":347.29,"endTime":350.14,"body":"but like materials and how to"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":350.14,"endTime":353.44,"body":"select those were different"},{"speaker":"Tim Rempfer","startTime":350.14,"endTime":353.44,"body":"processes.
