In fact, in"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":297.06,"endTime":299.49,"body":"lots of companies, they don't"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":299.49,"endTime":302.49,"body":"have all the levels. It's really"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":299.49,"endTime":302.49,"body":"all about what you can"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":302.49,"endTime":306.0,"body":"contribute. So when I'm saying"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":302.49,"endTime":306.0,"body":"senior engineer or junior"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":306.0,"endTime":310.02,"body":"engineer, there wasn't a junior"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":306.0,"endTime":310.02,"body":"engineer title. But I worked"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":310.02,"endTime":313.14,"body":"under engineers that knew a lot"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":310.02,"endTime":313.14,"body":"more than I did. And I learned a"},{"speaker":"Les Voss","startTime":313.14,"endTime":317.76,"body":"lot from them.
