That ability to go up and,"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":347.45,"endTime":353.3,"body":"and earn more money and things"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":353.3,"endTime":356.3,"body":"like that, those would be the"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":353.3,"endTime":356.3,"body":"wrong the wrong decision."},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":356.3,"endTime":360.77,"body":"Because I've seen an individual"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":356.3,"endTime":360.77,"body":"who used to report to me that"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":360.77,"endTime":364.94,"body":"wanted to become a manager, just"},{"speaker":"Angel Martinez","startTime":360.77,"endTime":364.94,"body":"because of that.
