Aaron Nicholas, DDS, has been a practicing dentist in Burtonsville, MD for 37+ years. That means that he has successfully guided his practice through two recessions. He has seen it all (or most of it).
He is a serial entrepreneur with a keen interest in teaching, coaching and mentoring his fellow dentists. He is the founder of Monday Morning Dentistry, The Dental Assistant School of Maryland and The Smile Protection Dental Plan. In addition, he is one of the “Blackbelt” coaches with the Dental Success Institute and an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Dental School.
Dr. Nicholas has spoken about dental efficiency and practice management both locally and internationally and has authored many instructional programs as well as conducted hands-on courses across the US.
