Aug 09, 2019 Season 2 Episode 33
By Jody and Alex Myciak

Last week Jody & Alex talked about awareness and how it's the first step in your journey - now join them as they discuss the next stage: acceptance.

Knowing where you are so you can figure out how to get where you want to be is one thing, but accepting where you are right now is challenging - and you might not be ready to accept this or that about yourself.

This process takes time, so be gentle with yourself and don't be afraid to ask for help. If you're really stuck trying to accept something about yourself, then start with gratitude. Soon you'll be able to accept that part of you and the emotional weight of it will disappear, leaving you feeling lighter as you continue down your own path towards the person you were meant to be.

P.S. We announce the winners of our 1-Year Podcast Anniversary at the end! Thanks again to everyone - and especially YOU - for making this first year not just possible, but AMAZING!
