Unlike WordPress.org, embedding a Buzzsprout player on WordPress.com is not officially supported. Fortunately, some helpful members of the Buzzsprout Podcast community found a work-around.
To embed a player, add the SyntaxHighlighter Code block to your post and paste in your embed code. In the sidebar, select MATLAB in the code language setting. When you preview your post, you should see the embedded player. Here's a short video of the process.
