Welcome back to the Real Talk kōrero! This week we have my cousin Michael Willis joining me. Michael is a husband and pāpā, who grew up without a father, so he looked to his brothers and uncles as father figures.
Michael spoke about his start in the banking industry with no qualifications or experience, and how what set him apart was his hunger for growth. We spoke about showing up as the best version of yourself, breaking through barriers with imposter syndrome, changing relationships with alcohol, generational trauma, and inspiring the next generation to create their own story.
