In the past she has worked in the health and fitness industry and held roles such as the National Training Manager for Les Mills, Manager and Shareholder for Counties Fitness, and more recently she is the Director of not one, but 4 successful businesses!
Mid has also completed her MBA at Victory University – WOW woman!!!
I came across Mid when I heard her speak at the HerStory Women’s Conference, she had me bawling my eyes out as soon as she opened her mouth to tell her story of sexual abuse!
