Aroha Browne is a māmā of three beautiful tamariki who traded working in the mental health industry to start her own company, Aroz Gems.
We spoke about taking on others emotions as an empath, how having the right support enables you to make positive, life-long change, trauma triggers, witnessing domestic abuse as a child, living through it as an adult and consciously choosing breaking the cycle.
