I was totally fan-girling hard with this one!
Jonique is a beautiful, humble, māmā, wifey, business woman, guidance counsellor, and is studying psychology too.
We talked about her and her husband’s passion for serving others, Jonique’s designer business and how it evolved, being proud to be Māori, providing guidance counseling to rangatahi Māori at kura kaupapa Māori, and her involvement for finding Justice for Jamie.
Jamie went missing in 2019 and her family believe she became a victim of foul play, but because Jamie has a history of mental illness, police immediately treated her case as suicide. Her family have been fighting for answers and have now been able to engage private investigators in the hope of getting the answers they need.
At the end, you will hear my whānau singing, a beautiful way to end this ātaahua kōrero ❤️
