Workout Series #1 - Workouts to help gauge your fitness level for Selection

This is a new series where I will give some workouts for people to do. The idea is you can do the workout just for fun, or if you are thinking about SAR Tech, try some of these and see if you can identify some strengths and weaknesses. Each workout will be unique and relate to SAR training in some way. If you like this please give me feedback and I will produce more.
Workout #1
4mile run warmup
10min AMRAP:
10 burpee
1 Turkish Get Up with a shoe balanced on your closed fist
Then 11 Rounds:
5 jump squat
4 jump alternating lunges
3 air squat
2 reverse lunge
30sec wall sit hold (or 90degree squat hold)
Then;
Accumulate 5min dead hang on a pullup bar.
