We continue the Transformation series for Self Mastery practices known as the 8 Elements. 

Element 2,  'Intentions,' is  the energy you use to begin to bring form to your physical world and to set the wheels in motion to create it. This is a practice that is used for both personal and professional growth - a practice that leaders of all levels should incorporate into their daily approach. 

I'm joined by the author, Indira Kennedy, Founder and Director of Conscious Leadership (a true believer of a Still Mind, Wise Heart).   

Intentions will lead to your betterment and enable authentic leadership, resulting in:

  1. Fresh starts (less impacted by previous beliefs)
  2. Embracing change
  3. Improved relationships
