Over the years I have worked with more people than I can count. All different types of thinking, hurdles, mindsets, goals, motivations, and more.

We are ALL different and unique in our own way, which makes it interesting sometimes solving challenges with the body (or mind), because at times the solutions are very independent to the individual, even if similar to someone else.

I say this because I want to share 3 simple, but powerful thoughts with you today. These are 3 things I learned from the ones who reach their goals vs the ones who don't and I don't.
