The Fit Effect
The Fit Effect is a podcast hosted by Michael Budensiek covering the ROI of health in your Business and Life, which is the missing piece to your prosperity. Having spent the last 20 years coaching individuals in a variety of ways; ranging from Personal Training, Health Coaching, Business Consulting, & Life Strategy,I have discovered that the best physical way to a better career & life is through your health. In this show we cover topics relating to fitness, business, the over all improvement of life & how it all comes together in the pursuit of true prosperity.
You will hear from myself, Audra, and other guests as we discuss many fun and exciting topics that will not only get you thinking, but also guide you to improving your health while expanding your business, career, & life.
This show was previously "Bald Business - The Naked Truth In Entrepreneurship", so plenty of past episodes to listen to as an old version of who I was, the last episode I did as Bald Business with Dr. Grant Elliot from Rehab Fix really inspired what would become this show now (even though there has been a couple years of dead space).
If you like the show, please give it a follow and a review. I am here for you, so I hope this helps. Stay well
