This week I'm talking all things being alone versus the associated feeling of being lonely.

Believe it or not, there is a distinction between these two and you probably didn't even know how you are the one who is causing that emotional reaction.

Don't worry though, this is something I've been dealing with over the last 3 weeks or so. You are not alone.

In this video I'm simply exploring the topic and seeing if there is a way we can navigate through this uncomfortable feeling in a much more productive.
