Rey Smart resides in the UK and is a pro-Instagram reel expert, partnering with brands that are just as passionate about the running community and the sport of running as he is himself! He has a strong passion for 10K races and has traveled the globe for several of them, which is the first I've heard of to date! He is also a seasoned Marathon runner and uses motivation and consistency to run and work outside of the physical sport.
It was a pleasure speaking with this individual and fellow runner about running and many other things that aren't directed solely by just running! This particular sport brings commonalities out in people, running aside. And I love it!
