Glenn A. Guadi, Founder of Salis Endurance Release Electrolytes, joins the show's Host, (me) Run Coach Alli.
Glenn is a Long Distance Runner & Triathlete. He has completed 10 Marathons + 1 Ironman 140.6 to date (and counting). He has been in the dietary supplement industry for over 20 years and has been a member of the Central Park Track Club here in NYC since 2008.
