EPISODE #138: Itai Spiegel, a Competitive Israeli Runner, joins me on the show to chat about running, racing, marathon training, and community!
Itai has been running and chasing faster times in shorter distances, from the mile to the 10K to the Half. He's a speedy fellow! His largest goal is running for health, and he is currently training for a very fast Marathon!
Fun fact: I connected with Itai on the Gram and have been in touch with him ever since, chatting about all things running. I'm excited to see him crush his first and next MARATHON, the Valencia Marathon this winter! I know this episode will inspire many others to do hard things, chase challenging goals, and train smarter to achieve them!
