Blanca Diaz and Jessica Ale from Nexa Mortgage stopped by GRP Studios for Episode 81 of the Check Your Six podcast and talked about their journey from corporate to independent mortgage brokers. Both Blanca and Jessica had worked in the corporate/credit union industry and earlier this year, Blanca determined to venture out on her own with the support of Nexa Mortgage. A short time later Jessica left her credit union position and joined her, both of them are now taking this journey on the mortgage highway. They talked about the differences in the corporate and independent mortgage business and how they both desired to help those looking for mortgages on a deeper and more personal basis than banks traditionally offer.
