One of my favorite tools is journaling. I find I am more centered and calmer when I am regularly journaling. If I find I am feeling confuse angry or upset, journaling can get me right back on track. 

I can be a part of my morning routine or I give myself permission to do it at any time of the day. Some of my clients like to do it at bedtime as a “brain dump” before bed. Whatever way you do it journal
