In this week's episode of The Marketing Guide Podcast, I interview Shannon Forrest of Rívesci (REE-VESS-EE) who runs her business with her husband Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone.
They started out Rívesci (REE-VESS-EE) as a food truck initially offering their customers a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes cooked in their vintage caravan. During the first COVID-19 lockdown Rívesci pivoted their business to become full-time condiment makers and have had fantastic growth during the pandemic. They now sell their Cashew Chilli Crush and Red Onion Marmalade in over 100 stores throughout Ireland and in their online store.
Their story is truly inspiring and they share everything they have learnt along the way and how marketing and PR have helped scale their business.
