In this episode we went deep and talked about something that our brown families deal with and hardly ever talk about. We are talking about toxic family members. Having been victims of abuse, we discuss how our families dealt with that and how often our families hide so many things under the rug. I would like to give you a trigger warning on this episode for topics of sexual abuse, physical abuse and childhood traumas.
