As a host of FOB, I have made a commitment to share parts of me that may be harsh to share but I am willing to share them if it can save one person. In a Mexican household, sharing very intimate issues we deal with are very rare but also very much needed. I decided that it was time to talk about my health and my diabetes diagnosis. It has been a HELL of a journey, scary, stressful and exhausting but I am here and I am finally loving myself enough to deal with it head on and thrive. If you or someone you know has diabetes, please get with a professional and get the help you deserve. Share this episode with someone you love and be there for one another. :)
