Dealing With Generational Trauma
On this special episode I sat down with my good friend Deysi as we shared all of the baggage we have been carrying since childhood. Throughout our conversation, we realized that some traumas can come from past generations and the past mistakes of our ancestors. We discussed everything from relationships to even putting the spotlight on the mistakes out parents have done. I want to thank Deysi for joining me on this very delicate conversation and for being vulnerable with me. Season 5 is on full force!
