If you're like most people, no one ever taught you what to do with anger, frustration, disappointment, or grief.
As a result, you might resist feeling them, shove them down, or bulldoze over them.
But those suppressed emotions don't go away. They just build up inside, creating all kinds of chaos.
Well enough of that!
In this episode I'm going to walk you through the skills you need to start processing your emotions in a healthy way.
When you're able to feel your emotions all the way through, they actually finish. They move up and out of you. This gives you back so much energy. And you feel so much better.
