Show Notes

The amazing work being done by this week’s guest could not be better timed in today’s business environment. Curious yet? Meet the man who brings curiosity to the workplace, backed by solid research and data, the one and only Stefaan van Hooydonk, Founder of Global Curiosity Institute and author of best-selling book ‘The Workplace Curiosity Manifesto’. Passionate about innovation and learning, Stefaan believes curious individuals need curious environments to thrive and that especially in times of turmoil, individuals and companies need to embrace intentional curiosity. With the help of a number of diagnostics he designed, Stefaan creates insights on what drives and what enables (or prevents) us to show up curiously. He is also a regular speaker around the world on the power of curiosity. After working in investment consulting and setting up executive education at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in China, Stefaan has held executive roles as Chief Learning Officer in Fortune 200 companies (Nokia, Royal Philips, Cognizant, Saudi Aramco, Agfa, Flipkart). His last role was at Cognizant, where he oversaw learning and development for over 300k associates across the globe.
