Georgia Holliday//Self-Worth and Confidence Coach - Living with Fibromyalgia
Welcome back to All Good in The Sisterhood. This week we are joined by Georgia Holliday and we are chatting about her journey to becoming a Women's Life Coach and we are also focussing on Georgia's Fibromyalgia diagnosis she received last year.
Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes widespread pain and extreme tiredness. I am super grateful she is sharing her story to bring more awareness to this condition.
Georgia is a self-worth and confidence coach, helping women to achieve unapologetic confidence, feel worthy and set badass boundaries. She is also a weight neutral trainer who coaches her clients to unlearn the damaging narrative of diet culture and instead learn to celebrate their body, see exercise as something that can be enjoyed and support their mental wellbeing.
Georgia is passionate about creating safe spaces for women to get to know themselves at a core level and remember that they are already inherently worthy. She does this through her 1:1 coaching, monthly membership, The Confidence Collective and Personal Training. As well as lots of free valuable content via her instagram, emails, blog and podcast.
Georgia’s ultimate goal is to give women the permission slip they need to be their full, authentic, unapologetic, badass selves because every woman deserves to see her magic the way the world sees it.
