These podcasts are here to support your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own. If anything does not resonate, please disregard it and follow your heart. All my podcasts and website are free. Enjoy!

Though I am a psychotherapist, and these podcasts are offered to be spiritually helpful, they are not psychotherapy. If psychotherapy is ever needed, please reach out to a psychotherapist.

Lao Tzu, in the Tao Te Ching, said, Trying to understand is like straining through muddy water. Do you have the patience to wait? Be still and allow the mud to settle. Cloudy water becomes clear as the silt settles out. The mind becomes empty of hurt, fear, and anger as the concepts of a personal self settle out. Clear water becomes light as the observing mind settles out. Light vanishes into vastness beyond all words and realities as all defensive distinctions settle out. We settle into oneness and God, as we disappear, becomes us and everything else. All is one right here and beyond. So we sit still and are as we are as we settle out and experience fully, clearly, our innate being, gratitude, joy, peace, and the full emptiness of beyond. As the psalmist said in Psalm 46.10, Be still and know that I am God. Lao Tzu continues, To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders. This is William Cooper. I look forward to talking to you next time. Take care.
