Many of you are familiar with the ancient Hawaiian practice for healing, Ho'oponopono.  The literal translation of Ho'oponopono is "to correct a mistake" or ""make it right".  This simple, heart based practice releases negative emotions and negative karmic patterns.  Experientially, it opens us up.. Simply repeat silently, "I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you."  Since this is an intuitive practice there is nothing to "figure out". Let your heart be your guide.  It can be directed to somebody, to oneself, or repeated like a mantra as many times as feels right during the day. Experiment and "see" what happens.

These podcasts are meant to supplement your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. They are a compilation of what I have found to be the most helpful over the last 50 years on my path of awakening. I feel these podcasts are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last.  Though they, also, all stand on their own.  Since we are each a bit different, if anything does not resonate, please disregard it and follow your heart. All my podcasts and website are free. Enjoy!

Though I am a psychotherapist, and these podcasts are offered to be spiritually helpful, they are not psychotherapy.  If psychotherapy is ever needed, please reach out to a psychotherapist.

(Transcribed by TurboScribe. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) Hello, this is William Cooper. I trust you're doing well today. Let's talk about an ancient Hawaiian practice that so many of you are familiar with. It's called Ho'oponopono, and it means to correct a mistake or make it right. It releases negative emotions and negative karmic patterns, and it really helps open us up. I started using this practice about 20 years ago, and frankly I didn't feel much result from it. But I started randomly using it maybe two or three weeks ago, and it was so powerful that I've continued with it. I could feel burning and clearing inside, opening up, letting go, releasing implicit thoughts, emotions, and patterns. The ones that are so deep we don't even think of them, we're not aware of them. A lot started opening up for me, even though I've done 50 years of deep work already. This is quite powerful. So, here it is. It's four phrases that you say silently to yourself, and they are, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. You can say this like a mantra a number of times during the days. Maybe you say it four times in a row or five times in a row, as many as you want. I don't want to put too many words on this practice because it's about you checking inside, doing it, and seeing what happens for you. It's a heart-centered practice mostly. So, maybe it is very powerful for you now where you are in your life, or maybe it's not. But if it is, it's something to consider adding into your practice. And if it's not powerful right now, well, maybe sometime in the future, like what happened to me 20 years later. So, let's repeat it again. I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. I like to pause as I do it and just feel the effects of it as it penetrates deeply. So, listen to your heart, find your own tempo, find what works for you, and let's see what happens. Let your heart and intuition guide you. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. I trust you'll continue to have a good week. Take care. Bye.
