Welcome to Limbic Light Podcast Season 3. In this season, we'll be diving deep into the marvels of our subconscious mind light, sound, brainwave, entrainment and so many other natural ways to help you become clearer, calmer and more potent in being. I've titled this season Deep Brain Retrain. I'm Manisha Bluntschli, your host, with more than 40 years experience in the natural health field, ready to share with you my very best tips. Let's get on with the show. Hello everyone, and welcome back to season 3 of Limbic Light. It's wonderful to be back with you and I'm in for another round.

Maniisha Bluntschli:

When I first started the Limbic Light Podcast, my original intent was to bring worthy information all about colour, sound, light, frequency medicine, different therapies that are working more on an energetic basis that we don't always often hear about. Little further on into my journey podcasting, I approached a friend, david Niven Miller, who co-hosted a series of episodes with me called Unspoken Truths. Little did I know that this season was going to be a real hit. So many people seem to be hungry for this information, all about very simple remedies that can be used for our health and things that we don't often hear about or may even be censored from our listenership. I've now finished season 2 and, as I was just starting to launch season 3, I put out a survey to my listeners and asked for their feedback, to hear back what they were mostly interested in and what they wanted to hear more of, and the response was a combination. We had people saying, yes, we want more on the natural medicines, and others who were saying more on the light and sound and energy medicines. So what I've decided to do for season 3 is to offer you all a blend, a fusion of both these areas natural medicines to help you and also the more energy based therapies.

Maniisha Bluntschli:

One thing that I noticed in the years that I've been using sound and light, in particular, in colour, to help people, I noticed that it is extremely effective. However, it seemed as if there was a piece of the puzzle almost missing, and what I discovered was that when we can infuse another element of the healing journey into the process of using colour and light and that element is using the mind, the thoughts, consciousness and even words, which are an extension of consciousness and when we mix these two elements together the consciousness plus the colour and sound and light we get a fantastic tandem. One of the other things that I've noticed when I've been working with people is that I'm seeing a lot of people who are frustrated and stuck because, despite their efforts to go forward and to apply many different therapies and methods, they're still not going forward. And what I am discovering is that there is a part of us it's the subconscious mind, or the could call it the unconscious mind which has been programmed from a very early age. Probably in the first seven years of our life is when most of the programming for our beliefs for the rest of our life are formed. Now, if we have a really strong program going on lurking there in the depths of our mind, often those programs can be self-limiting. They prevent us from going forward despite our efforts. So I have taken a new passionate interest in the subconscious mind, how we can access it and, more importantly, how we can actually change what's going on in there so that we can have maximum benefits in our healing.

Maniisha Bluntschli:

This is why I've called Season 3 Deep Brain Retrain. It's because I'm going to be focusing on many topics that are involving our subconscious mind and how we can access that subconscious mind. One of my discoveries that I found using brain entrainment and don't you worry, I'll be bringing out lots of episodes about what brain entrainment is and how we can use it for our benefit. In the process of using this technique, which is basically influencing our brainwaves to have a certain frequency, which then affects what our mind state is like, we can do great things with the subconscious mind, in particular, when we help a person get into the theta brainwave state, which is a rather slow brainwave, and it's also the brainwave that we go into when we're in a state of semi slumber, in imagination and hypnosis. Now, it's actually quite easy to get people into this state when we use different brain entrainment methods. So I'm going to be exploring this whole area in depth in this season, as well as still giving you a selection of different topics on natural medicines and other light and sound therapies, if you're interested in this area.

Maniisha Bluntschli:

I'm actually in the middle of preparing a course to help people who want to be able to help themselves with this technique of brain entrainment to be able to develop their own audio tracks, which have audio pulses that helps them get into the theta brainwave state very quickly, superimposed over their own voice, with their own auto suggestions, which we will go through in a process to discover which messages are most appropriate for every person doing the course, what I've done in this episode. I've got a link down the bottom of the show notes for you, in case you decide that you'd like to be kept in touch with the development of this program, this course, which is due to be launched somewhere in the beginning part, the first few months of 2024.
