Jay grew up in a household of competition with a father and brother who loved sports. We talk about Jay's early life aspiring to play football at the next level. Considering he grew up in San Antonio, Texas, football seemed like a viable option, until he came across bodybuilding.
He fell in love with the process of developing the body. We talk about his whole journey to his pro card thus far, including changes he has made throughout, battles he fought, and daily regiments.
