I created Underdog because I knew that there were a lot of people out there just like me. I've been doubted my whole life by writers, analysts, teammates, coaches, and more. This concept that there are thousands of external factors affecting one's own belief system has consumed me. Everyone has a dream that's worth chasing, and nothing should stop you from doing that. I've played hockey for 20 years and have pursued extreme challenges like 100 mile ultramarathons.

Dylan was a Division 1 college hockey player and the COO of Underdog. He played a key role in creating Underdog Energy and brings a no-BS mindset to every episode, sharing real stories from both the rink and the business world.
