On this episode, Simone Rizkallah, Director of Program Growth, interviews Rebecca Wraith on a 6th century document by Pope St. Gregory the Great! The document is a "Benedictine Rule" of sorts for bishops and priests. Rebecca proposes that the Holy Father's counsel can and should be understood by the laity since in modern times lay people are pastoring and evangelizing side by side with clerics. There is a lot of wisdom to be gained by one of the greatest popes our Church has ever had as well as one of the 37 Doctors of the Church.

Rebecca Wraith is a Health Coach and Member Development Specialist for CMF CURO. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Theology from the International Theological Institute in Austria, with an undergraduate degree in Theology from Benedictine College in Kansas. She has her health coaching certification through the American Council on Exercise and is currently creating a health coaching model that integrates the full person: Mind, Body, and Spirit for CMF CURO members.
