Growth is change and essential in transformation. In this episode, I talk about several of the laws of growth from the book written by Dr. John C. Maxwell "The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth". These laws are related to the transformation process in that growth is uncomfortable, but necessary to become the persons that can achieve the goals set out for the organization. This is also applicable at the personal level. I touch on the laws of intentionality, awareness, environment, rubber band, curiosity, consistency, and contribution.
