Please welcome today law of attraction Guru:  Neomaya De’Jesus Davila!

Neo retired from New Jersey, Camden City Police Department just eight months after learning about the law of attraction. He was so good at his job he got the nickname ‘Neo’ after the character from the Matrix movie. Since then he’s interviewed hundreds of law of attraction specialists worldwide.

He displays their tips and secrets in his fantastic monthly Law of Attraction Summit and is here to demonstrate his top techniques to successfully manipulate the law of attraction in your favour. Being happier more often, more successful, and living an overall better life.

We could all do with a life rich in abundance that and so I thought I. have to get Neomaya on the show to share his knowledge and expertise!

In Neo’s words, ‘I’m considered a law of attraction guru because of my results. Retiring at the age of 28 just 8 months after seeing the movie The Secret for the 1st time. Hello, everybody, I'm your host, the gentle yoga warrior. And today is going to be great. We have a fantastic guest on the show today. And I can't wait for y'all to meet him audibly. So please welcome today. Law of Attraction guru. Neomaya De’Jesus Davila,

Unknown Speaker  0:21
Thank you, how you doing?

Unknown Speaker  0:23
Thank you so much for being on the show today. I'm so excited to learn about law of attraction. It's something that I'm extremely interested in. And I'm sure our listeners will be as well. Neo, I just read a bit about you so retired from the New Jersey, Camden city police, just eight months after learning the law of attraction. Wow. And now we're so good at his job. He got nicknamed Neo after the character from The Matrix, which just happens to be one of my favourite films. Since then he is he's interviewed hundreds of law of attraction specialists worldwide. And he has amazing tips secrets to this fantastic monthly Law of Attraction Summit, which he runs where he demonstrates top techniques and Neo  had a look on your website, and I can see that you do. Fantastic things are different themed ones, but we'll get to that it sounds it looks great to me. So being happier, more often more successful and living an overall better life seems to be the theme we could all do with a life rich in abundance. So I thought I have to get Neo on the show to share his expertise and knowledge. So in nails words, I'm considered a law of attraction guru because of my results retiring at the age of 28. Just eight months after seeing the movie, the secret for the first time, nail has interviewed over 1000 Law of Attraction views. Yes. and display the best tips and secrets and his monthly Law of Attraction summits. I get the impression that Neo, you want to help people the way that you put this together and it comes from the heart, which is always a really lovely thing to do. That's

Unknown Speaker  2:07
a beautiful thing.

Unknown Speaker  2:08
No, I can I can see that. I can see that. So you're joining us from Tampa in Florida today. And it's it's about noon there. As we speak. We're going to talk about manifesting the law of attraction. So I have to be honest, sometimes I feel that I can be successful in this. And then sometimes it doesn't always work out. So probably a slightly selfish reason as well for having you on the show to kind of learn to learn from you. But I'm interested to know, how do we manifest abundance in our life when we tried so many things? Perhaps? Or maybe we've not tried at all? And what inspired you to talk about it today?

Unknown Speaker  2:51
I love the question. It's deeply rooted is a lot involved. As far as answering it. But no, I started interviewing coaches because and light and life coaches in law of attraction and through this because I wanted all of their tips and secrets to myself, you know, so it's not I don't knock you for calling a selfish thing but self which is good sometimes. I help people, because I know the universe is going to give it back tenfold. Therefore me helping that person is a is a selfish act. So yes, it does serve its purposes, how to manifest abundance.

Unknown Speaker  3:39
I say like this, our whole lives we've been taught limits. You know, repeatedly all day long. We're taught limits from birth, you know, you're taught from life that you can only reach so far, you can only screen so loud. You know, we all do that as babies and as we grow older, you know the universe tells us about finances you can only spend so much and health you can only you know do so much of this before your body breaks down. So life is just constantly showing us these limits. To this day right now I can only jump so high. I can only spend so much so for us to see abundance. It's

Unknown Speaker  4:20
almost like damn near impossible.

Unknown Speaker  4:24
So with all that proof swirling around us when we really are abundant beings and that's the test of life, you know, can you stay positive and facing the negative Can you feel abundant in the face of you know what life is showing us which is not abundance. So once you can really wrap your head around that then you'll be able to start to truly feel your abundance but that's like a that's like getting a black belt in law of attraction. You know, a lot of belts before that that will make getting that Bill easier. Yeah, going straight for that is gonna suggest it.

Unknown Speaker  5:03
Okay, take baby steps and kind of build up momentum rather than kind of gone through. Maybe that's where I've been going wrongly, or maybe I'm just trying to go straight. But difficult. I've taken the kind of baby steps, but I'm gonna say what happened when I do get in the floor? Things, I do feel things come come to me. I'm sure this may be true for quite a lot of readers, it's sometimes, like you said, staying positive when things aren't going, right, which is life in general, isn't it we can have times when things are going great. And I guess it's been less reactive and learning to find a bit of gratitude, what would your tips would be just say, I'll give you an example. Had a bad day, extra bills have come through the door. And, and and feeling kind of it's so if you want self harm, what would be a nice tip that our listeners could do to kind of get out of that mindset.

Unknown Speaker  5:58
You know, what the biggest thing I found to bring somebody out of this mindset is an ongoing thing that I like to use with all of my clients and everyone who I speak with it's fear, if I can get you to fear, those negative thoughts, because you know, they're screwing up your tomorrow and next week, then you'll find ways to claw yourself out of that hole. So it has to start with that. Otherwise, you stay in that hole. Well, bye probably talk about a bunch of mental exercises, I like to call them the day to day, oh, you stopped doing them. You know, as humans, we naturally get used to things that car you have was great when you first got now it's just another car, same goes for your job. So it's like, if I can get you to change the way you think about certain things, then you'll react and respond accordingly. Like right now if I get a phone call or an email, that's, that's unlikely, or something I don't I'm not into I don't want to hear. First of all, I hand it back to the universe, universe, or God or whatever you created, you know, whatever you believe created you just creating life as you go, I'll just call that universe or God. That being presented the problem to me and I looked at it, I sized it up and I handed it right back. That's it. That was nice. It was entertaining. Here you go. And I hand it right back and I release it and I let it go. And I'm telling you a couple minutes later, I get a phone call. And it'll just be answered. It'll just be solved. So it's these types of things that you have to adapt into your mentality. So you do get that negative phone call. All right, for one, and I'm just handing it back to the universe. Go ahead, take care of that. For too. I know that if I spend any time in any negative headspace, even if it's that initial shock, when you first get that news, it's like oh, man, if you can condition your brain, the brain is a muscle, it has muscle memory, so you can condition your brain to catch that feeling to catch that fear. That pain because fear is fear gives a a feeling of pain that you feel in your chest, if you can use that, to say to yourself, whoa, whoa, I can't spend time in that headspace. That's basically taking money off the table, often out of my out of my pocket, or taking food off the table for my kids. And that's how I see. Every single thought I have I'm either putting money on a table, or taking money off the table. Or you can do with food, if that resonates better with you. And

Unknown Speaker  8:38
from there, you end up like okay, something bad just

Unknown Speaker  8:43
happened. But I'm not gonna let it affect me. I'm gonna hand it right back. What do I do now to get into a happy space. It's like you said, gratitude. You could look for something to be thankful for. Outside of you, you can look for something in theory, in your mind, be thankful for it. I know those are like the woowoo answers that people might hear and be like, ah, that doesn't do anything. What I would say for them, because that's what I would have said, if you had said that to me. 15 years ago. I'm like, yeah, yeah. Everybody says stay positive, whatever. Meditation. Meditation is a beautiful thing. I know you're probably into meditation because you're into yoga. Once you meditate, your brain start it rewires itself differently. So, what I mean by that is this, now that I meditate, I can step outside and just wait. And within three seconds, I'm going to be overcome with this gratitude feeling for whatever's in front of me, it could be my fence. It could be the trees, Mother Nature, my house my you know, it could be my kids. But if I just stop all my I'll like start to get appreciative for the things that are right in front of I mean, that comes directly from meditation and that that being enlightened for long periods of time. And yeah, that is what will allow you to get to gratitude faster things to be thankful for this whole meditation and seeing things differently. It's an easy like, for me, I don't have to look for things to be thankful for anymore. I literally just stop, and whatever's in front of me, I'll find something. And I'm like, that's a really good box, you know, this little box I'm looking at in front of me that controls I don't know, what it's called, controls the microphone and the earphones. And I know, it's an expensive, really nice box. It was a gift. And it just makes me happy. And yeah, just That's it right there. So different ways of seeing things.

Unknown Speaker  10:48
I like that. And from what he said, if we start to fall into a negative mindset set, kind of be the watcher of our thoughts, and kind of just, instead of allowing, like you said, the brains and muscle and it can go down the road of of negativity, instead, take a breath, take a pose, and then replace that with, like you said, to make that you're very grateful for I think that's absolutely fantastic. So I'm in I'm intrigued now, how did you become so so much of an expert so quickly, after you saw that film, The Secret which is a very famous book and film, which is for listeners who may not know, it's a book about, and and a film about law of attraction and how to implement it, but it sounds like you've gone deeper than that. So how did that happen?

Unknown Speaker  11:39
Well, I was introduced to the movie from my old partner. I was to be a police officer in Camden City, New Jersey. And my old partner told me about this movie that they make all the CIA CIA agents watching the Academy. And I'm like, Yeah, I want to see this movie. I'm expecting to be the SWAT team movie. No, it was the secret. And it totally just changed my life. I went on YouTube. And I started seeing that all the billionaires like Oprah Winfrey, and Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, they were crediting all of their success to these practices, not just some of their success, all of their success. And so yeah, naturally, I'm like, Okay, I want to part of that. I want to know more about it. I want to know what's going on. And so I just started studying it, I started coming up with my own own mental exercises, I got into meditation. And there's one exercise I call the watcher exercise. It really was icing on top of the cake. For me, I had been doing a lot of exercises for seven months. And it was the eighth month when I implemented the Watchtower exercise. Less than a month later, I was retired. And so I really love that exercise. But it was it's the proof. Once life is proving to me that this system works. And batting 1000 It's been working this is 14 years, I've been doing this now, I retired in 2008. This works, and then interviewing other coaches, interviewing other enthusiast getting their tips and secrets for myself, using them, being successful, getting what I want, and then sharing them on YouTube and Facebook and watching other people flourish. That is what it feels me to keep going. All the information that's come to me has come from countless interviews. I'm to the point right now where I don't even want to interview one person at a time, I throw summit so I can interview several people at a time. And we can we can all just chop it up and have a great time. It's not like I've I've been in a bunch of summits where it was like, I'd speak for an hour and or I do a recording for an hour and they play that. And it played back to back videos of other speakers. And that's, you know, that's cool. The message is getting across, but my Summit is different. We're like at a campfire. We're sitting there, we're talking to each other. We're real, we're just bound. It's just a conversation. And every half an hour, I'll stop and let someone speak for five minutes. They have the mic for five minutes answer two questions. How do you use a law of attraction like, say affirmations? And what is it done for you like retired and unhealthy? You know, and that's it. And then that better they talk for five minutes for the next 25 minutes. We're just back at a campfire, shooting ideas off of each other and just

Unknown Speaker  14:33
exchanging

Unknown Speaker  14:36
the great mindset shifts that we've used and that we've seen other people use to benefit us. So I love that. I love that 100% It's completely selfish.

Unknown Speaker  14:49
It's good to be selfish, like you said earlier.

Unknown Speaker  14:52
I will not deny or hide at all the fact that I am benefiting from all these Exercises mental exercises that I'm getting from these coaches out tonight. I love it. And it's the reason why I do it, you can't do it alone

Unknown Speaker  15:08
cannot support from a numbers like that. And I also feel that you're flourishing, because you're not just doing it for yourself, you're doing it to help others, which is I think, is really important that we know why we're doing things I feel it makes a massive difference to the results or where we're going with it. And affirmations. They are what's your opinion affirmations. And the only ones that you particularly use, like a no one shoe doesn't fit all in a sense that some Well, we've all got different blocks that we're working on. And I'm just intrigued to know with affirmations.

Unknown Speaker  15:46
Just real quick, I just want to touch on some you said before, the more people that benefit from your goal, whatever it is, the smoother and easier it is to achieve, to obtain. So if you're going to set a goal or something like that, make it to help more than just you. I mean, obviously, you'll get those two, but it just seems to be so much more fluid when the more people that stand to benefit from your idea or your goal or your situation. Affirmations are amazing.

Unknown Speaker  16:22
For those you who

Unknown Speaker  16:24
might wonder why one would do affirmations, because that was me a while back. I just say like this, the easiest affirmation you can do is just say yes, 10 times anyone can do it. You could try it right now in your living room. What you're going to notice is by the third, yes, you're going to be smiling. No matter what your mood was by the third or fourth, yes, you're going to be smiling. And by the time you get to the fifth or six, yes. Your brain is going to be throwing at you. reasons to say yes, yes, yes. That's a celebratory thing. Thoughts become things, you're manifesting a future, where you're going to say, again, and that's what we want. And so that's why I love that affirmation, thank you is another great one, just say it 10 times, it'll shift your motors shift your mood, the morale of the room, the people around you will see you in a better mood, they'll want to be in a better mood. It's all out greatness as far as emotions. And like I said, you're watering that seed, you're you're thinking about that thought you're manifesting that into your life. So if you're going to create an affirmation, which is cool, a lot, I have over 40 alarms that go off a day on my watch, which is connected to my phone that have some kind of affirmation involved. But sometimes I can't look at the affirmation because I'm busy, or I'm driving. So I'll just click it. And I'll say, I'll do the affirmation as soon as I'm done this email. And usually I forget to lie. That's just like, usually I forget. Or I'll be like, Bart, what is the next goal I want? Because that's how I create affirmations. You take whatever goal you want. And you ask yourself, how would I be feeling if I just accomplished that goal? Yesterday? Or a couple hours ago? How would I What would I be saying? And what you would probably be saying like, if you want a car, you say I'm so happy and thankful I got this car. Well, guess what? That's your affirmation. So, but here's a ticket to that. When my alarm goes off. And I do say Alright, let me push the email to the side and do this affirmation. I stopped messing. Okay, what am I doing affirmation about that today? All right, what is my next goal that I want to get? Okay. And the next thing you know, I'm in the email, and I never did it. That's just how it is. So that's why I like to stick to Yes. And thank you, if you have to think hard at all about what your affirmation is. I'm talking about for more than two seconds, just go to Yes, say 10 times and then do the affirmation you are going to come up with after that.

Unknown Speaker  18:58
But this is like, this is like a workout in the gym.

Unknown Speaker  19:02
Like I said, the brain is a muscle, it has muscle memory. If you do 10 curls on your right arm and walk out how much healthier you're going to be that not much healthier at all. And it's the same year if you do an affirmation, you say something 10 times you can't expect to be a millionaire by next Tuesday. That's just not how it works. You get out of things, what you put into it. So I suggest

Unknown Speaker  19:23
you put a lot. Now that's That's great advice. And those affirmations are fantastic. sounds so simple, but that sound really powerful by saying Yes, and thank you because sometimes we can get hung up on knowing which affirmations to use and that the simplicity of them really appeals to me because it's something that in that you're not going to forget it and it's something that can be incorporated. So I see your point you get out of it what you put in so would you say people need to put diary in a certain amount of time to work on manifest in abundance each day, and what would you suggest for a beginner,

Unknown Speaker  20:04
grab a pebble

Unknown Speaker  20:06
from outside and put it in your pocket, clean it off first, of course and put it in your pocket. And just every time you feel it in your pocket, and you're like, what is that? Oh, yeah, it's the pebble I put there. Remember why you put it there, it's the reminder to do the affirmation. Because remembering to remember to do these affirmations is the hardest part. And on top of that, like I said earlier, when you have things and you're excited about them as people, we just naturally get used to things. So you might do this Yes, affirmation all day today. But tomorrow, you're going to do it less, and you're probably not going to do it all by day three, you're just going to forget, because life is just gonna come at us at a mile a minute like it does. So be very, very cautious or careful how long you stay with one affirmation. On my website, I have a subscription where I send out a newsletter, every boats, actually five days a week, I sent out a newsletter with a different mental exercise on it, so you can switch it up. So it never gets old, and you fall back. And I have 43 different exercises, so you won't get the same one within a month. And they're all so powerful. And when you circle back, and you do get back to that first one, after on the 44th day, you're like, oh my gosh, I forgot about this one, this one is so good. And so it is really like reopening that can of worms you like It's like getting it all over again and you and enables you to stick with it. But like I said, remembering to remember to do these exercises is the most important thing, my email comes out every day, but it's not going to stay on top of you throughout the day. So what you have to do is condition yourself to wake up more often. Most people are missing that. They'll they'll do all this other mental exercises and practices, but they're not conditioning themselves to wake up to the moment more often. Because there's times where I'll just wake up and just look up and you know, that tree looks beautiful. It's naked, there's not a leaf on this tree I'm looking at right now I just realised that. But it's beautiful, you know, and then that's it. That was my mental exercise right there, just be still taking the moment for the second. And I hope that my mind will remind me to do that again, within the next hour. But it won't, if I don't condition it to.

Unknown Speaker  22:27
So it's like building up the muscle to remember and to condition it so that you do remember to do these affirmations. Because they said if you just do them once it's not going to have it's not the the seeds aren't going to come out of the soil or they're they're just going to kind of stay kind of below the soil and not kind of manifest. How can you keep a positive mindset during the day? What is anything that you do to besides affirmations to keep a positive mindset during the day to help with the manifestation process.

Unknown Speaker  23:00
It's funny because you just said something about seeds. And that is one of the main things I do throughout the day. When I first started on this journey, all the speeches that I gave involved, what I call watering seeds. And I have everybody just picture infinite flower pots, each representing something different. And every thought you have is like dropping a drop of water into the different flower pot. So you got a flower pot for the things you like about your job, one for the things you don't like about your job, and you got one for your spouse, and what you don't like about your spouse, your house and what you don't like about your house and that last Facebook posts and when you don't like about it, and you're watering these seeds all day, the majority wins. The seeds that get the most nourishment, the most water, the most energy, the most of your thoughts basically are the ones that will grow. That right there helps me throughout the day. Remember to stay positive, it's that fear of my negative thoughts screwing up my future that allows me to do that.

Unknown Speaker  24:01
I also I was

Unknown Speaker  24:06
I think it was an Untethered Soul. It's a great book teaches you how to deal with your thoughts and see your thoughts as like children clamouring for your attention. And seeing your thoughts as as not exactly a part of you. Seeing your thoughts is like, if you're the observer of the thoughts, you are the thing observing that thing. So you're clearly separate. You know, and it's like, it allows it allows you

Unknown Speaker  24:30
to just not give

Unknown Speaker  24:34
that much validity to the thoughts because a lot of them are wrong. You know, like if you're dating someone, and you call them they don't answer and you're like, oh, man, are they mad at me? Did they, you know, you start drawing all these conclusions. And you're sitting here listening to this thing that's most of the time wrong, when you should be listening to yourself. So I love that.

Unknown Speaker  24:56
About that book.

Unknown Speaker  24:58
You're that the third GUEST in role to recommend this book. So I think if I was assigned to read this book, that is a sign for everyone to read this book because it sounds like fantastic, I'm going to read it as well. So you're the third guest and brilliant,

Unknown Speaker  25:16
life changing. And I love that you said that I have been doing that lately, if someone suggest a book, I put it on Audible. And I get on top of it. If I can give you another one that was really earth shattering for me, the science of getting rich. I don't like that I kind of like the title because I don't want people to think it's about money, although it kind of is. But it's a principle that can be used law of attractions principle that can be used to get anything, you just have to use it for that. And that book really allowed me to use something I stay away from what I call poison words, I can only produces a future where you're saying I can again, which means you don't do it, I will only produces a future where you're saying I will again, which means you don't do it. And so can will hope hope is good to have but not good say, because I hope I get the job. It just produces a month later, well, you're saying I hope I get the job, which means you never got it. That book allowed me to use the word getting. If you say I'm getting that just manifest a future where you're saying I'm getting again, which means you don't ever get it. However, if you truly, if you ordered a package from Amazon, let's say you order it, you click Send a click, you pay for it, and you get a shipping letter. And when you say I'm getting that package, there's no doubt, there's no fear of whether you will or whether you won't. It's coming you have all confidence in that package. So if you

Unknown Speaker  26:54
if that promotion, that spouse,

Unknown Speaker  26:59
that health, Gore achievement is in your sights and you're directly headed for it, you just don't know when it's coming, you can honestly say I'm getting that promotion. And the ego won't kick your back and and say no, you're not, you can't do that, you know, you know that voice that's like you can't do this, you can't do that. It has to sit back and let you sit in that moment for a second. And when you're sitting in that moment, you're watering a specific seed, you're sending out your thought, I don't know, very by noses. But when you have a thought it travels down your spine and releases from your lower back like energy poles that I thought then travels across the entire universe, you can have a hollow thought that's got nothing with it. But those thoughts are strengthened by emotion, pain, happiness, that's what it is. So if you want to send out a thought, you have to make sure that you're sending it out with the right, the right emotion. Like if I want to picture myself on a beach, I got to make sure I'm happy. I'm smelling the beach, I'm hearing the beach, I have to put myself there and feel it. That's the energy wave you want to send out. Now the third law of motion demands that every action has an opposite and equal reaction, which means the universe has to do whatever it has to do to make that thought travelled back to you opposite. And be thought again, which is the equal reaction. And that's why thoughts become things. That's why I say be careful with what thoughts you're sending out because

Unknown Speaker  28:30
they are coming back to you owe them and that's my

Unknown Speaker  28:34
way go. That's my fire to stay positive throughout the day. I try to smile a lot. That's why I got that from the book Untethered Soul kind of made me it made me feel like I was at one with my highest self while I'm smiling or laughing. And I am furthest from my highest self when I am upset or angry.

Unknown Speaker  29:01
So if I want to be,

Unknown Speaker  29:03
you know, I forget exactly how they worded it. But I picture it like this. If there was a God version of you.

Unknown Speaker  29:13
Okay, as far as thoughts.

Unknown Speaker  29:18
So if there was a God version of you, what would that very he or she be thinking right now. And I guarantee it would be something happy, it would be something special, it'd be something to smile about. So you are only in alignment with that God version of you while you are thinking, that version of us thoughts. That's when you're in alignment. That's when your flow of energy between you and your source is open at its most and when you're upset and angry. That's when the flow of energy is restricted. And that's why you feel the pain in your chest. So I proactively want to spend more times during the day at one You know what the grand creator with God universe, whatever you want to call it. And so that's one of my driving forces did a New Year's resolution a long time ago where I wanted to brighten every single room I walked into

Unknown Speaker  30:12
for the rest of my life.

Unknown Speaker  30:16
And I've held true to that. I'm very disciplined when when making commitments and things like that. So I've held true to that. So it's just a bunch of different things, I just don't want anyone to think there's any one thing that you're going to do, it's going to work, you need to get a repertoire of 10 things. And you're probably gonna rotate through five of those a day, and six of those tomorrow, and then maybe the other for the next day. But as long as you got, like a bat belt for Batman, as long as you got a bat boat full of tools that you can use, you're good. And that's my job is to provide you with a bad belt full of tools.

Unknown Speaker  30:48
Wow, that's, I love that. I love that. And that was kind of diverse societies. And so I think it's a quick fix solution and had another what you just said, in a way you kind of shared it, it makes me feel that I know you're gonna be able to help so many people with what you've got to offer. And I love your T shirts, your T shirt, your T shirt says forts become things. And if ever that was a reminder, you know, just wear your T shirt during the day and you see it reflection, you'll see what it says. So Neo, I really love to talk about your upcoming summit and how our listeners can learn from you connect with you. Would you mind sharing about that?

Unknown Speaker  31:31
This summit is called Neo positivity starts become thing Summit. And you can go to Neo positivity, calm and register. It's a free Summit. And you know, like I said, it's just a campfire setting a bunch of law of attraction enthusiasts, chopping it up, sharing ideas, exchanging, we're bringing up old guests, I'm sorry, speakers from the past, we're going to bring them up and let them talk. We're going to bring questions from the audience, we're gonna have panel discussions, we're gonna have Lightning Rounds, IV, anything we couldn't can do to pull information. Out of all these people who are using it successfully wielding the law of attraction. That's what we can do. It is this Saturday, which is in just a few days, ah, this Saturday, February 19, from noon to 4pm. It's every month, on the third Saturday of the month, noon to 4pm. Eastern Time. And like I said, here's the biggest thing. Most I would say most of the planet would say that they don't have 500, or $1,000 to spend on a self health summit. And they might not. They might I mean, they might have the money, but they need it for rent, they need it for their electric bill. If we're going to make change in this world, sooner than later in my lifetime, if we're going to make change, we need those numbers. That large percentage of people that isn't paying for self help conferences $1,000 We need those numbers. That's what people that are throwing these conferences that cost a lot of money fail to realise we need the broke people to it's just it is what it is we need those numbers if we're going to change the planet. So I can't and write cash. It's I can't charge all this money to get into my son, I got this great information that was given to me. This information was handed down to me, I close my eyes, I meditate and it's just comes to me, I'm not paying for it. That's great information. How could I keep it to myself unless you give me $1,000. That's just not me. It's just not me. So the summit is free. My website is free. I got a video catalogue of probably over 1000 live streams that I've done in the last 14 years. You just go in there and search whatever topic relationships, love, health, wealth, whatever the situation is, and all the videos will pop up that you need. And that's how I make I make it so you have no excuse. And I made the mental exercises. So you have no excuse. You ask yourself, How bad do I want it? That's what I want you to ask yourself every day. How bad do I want change? How bad do I want to win? How bad do I want more money? Do I want it bad enough to do a couple mental exercises a day? I mean, they're easy. You don't have to lift a finger. All you have to do is think do I want it bad enough for that? So yes, everything is free. It's laid out for you Neal positivity calm. There's a subscription five days a week. We've got the summit coming up on the third Saturday of every month in live streams. That summit has a Facebook group to Neo positivity starts become thing summit Facebook group ah, send all the links to change so she can post them up for you guys. That is a great source. If your daily confidence, your daily inspiration. Get in there, see some of the posts. It's cool because sometimes people will step up and be like You know, I was thinking about this and thinking about and thinking about it, and I finally got it, yay. Or it's like, oh, man, this bad thing happened. And I have been thinking about that a lot. Let me do better next time, you know, so you get these inspirational stories and things like that. So you could just work them out for yourself, and use them for yourself. And then once they start to work, first thing you want to do, you want to tell your kids about it, you want to tell your parents about it. You want them to improve their health, so they can stick around longer. And this is what you'll be able to do. This is what you get when you visit any of those websites I just told you about.

Unknown Speaker  35:36
So Wow. Yeah, get there, get there. Absolutely fantastic. And the fact that you offer it to free is, like you said it, I don't know, sometimes these courses can cost a fortune and people can't afford to do them. And, and then I've heard before Oh, if you value yourself enough, you'll find the money. But not everyone's in that situation. And I just like

Unknown Speaker  35:57
said, Let me tell you some if somebody says that to you walk away. Yeah. If someone says that to you walk away. I was talking with this guy off from Instagram. He was drawn me to him, he got 31,000 followers, which is a nice number. And one of the actors from the show I really like follows him on actors into like inspirational stuff. So you know, whatever. So the guy contacts me. And he starts telling me all this stuff that he's going to do for me, like, you do me I'm retired. I you know, I'm damn near Rich, I would even I'm healthy. Would I? You know, what do you like so, but he wanted $6,000 We were going to meet once a week for eight weeks. Anyone? It's $6,000 for him to improve my life. But it was funny

Unknown Speaker  36:48
because, you know,

Unknown Speaker  36:52
if how are you going to tell me how to get money? If I got my money? How are you going to tell me how to strengthen my relationship with my spouse? My my relationship with my spouse is great and yours isn't? So it was like it was weird to me how he did but he said this. He said, listen, when I first got a self help coach that cost me such and such amount of money. And he said, and I learned something from that it made me stick to it. It made me commit. And that made me a better person. He said I wouldn't want to rob you of that experience. Like, come on, man. I'd talk to you later, man. I gotta go. Oh, it's just like, come on. And he wouldn't want to rob me. Anytime I get it. It is a great sales pitch, I guess to say that if you pay me $400, then yeah, you're definitely going to commit to doing what I say. But he doesn't realise that I keep so he doesn't didn't he didn't do his research on me. I work with professional athletes and things of that nature. So $1,000 $10,000 Isn't, it ain't nothing. You know, so. So for, for me to pay him $6,000 is not going to hurt me like that. So it's there's no lesson to be learned. It's anyway. Yeah, it's just the whole situation. So if anybody comes at you guys like that? I wouldn't take it. I wouldn't. There's one thing that the number one thing but the universe has shown us 10 times over that we that the information is obtainable for us for free. The universe gave us YouTube for a reason. Every book out there that you say, I want this book, I want this book, and it cost $25 And you don't have $25 I guarantee you can get a summary of it on YouTube for free. You don't have to spend days 20 minutes summary and you'll have everything you need out of that book. If there's one thing the internet in life has taught us is the resources are there. So for me, when someone comes to me saying Give me $500 Give me five then give me $10? No, that's not how I roll. If you want me, then you're gonna respect me. We're gonna we're gonna work together on this. What is it? I can what is it I can do for you? I even asked him that this is the craziest part. I said, I said, Listen, what is it I can do for you? You know, if I got you in a locker room with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and they like you. You'd be sitting on a million dollars by the end of the year. Is that worth it? You know, is that worth and it wasn't worth it to him? I was like, Bro, that's Tom Brady. I don't know. Yeah. So it's, you're gonna get a lot of people that throw a lot of things and host things and they're gonna fill a lot of information your way and packets and pamphlets and all that other stuff. Now, I'm not saying it's all BS.

Unknown Speaker  39:57
What I'm saying is this. If somebody says worried about getting your money? How good are they doing? Hmm.

Unknown Speaker  40:07
Wise words, Neo,  absolute wisdom, and mindful that I've kept you on this call for a while? Is there anything else that you would like to share with our listeners? Anything else you'd like me to cover?

Unknown Speaker  40:20
Um, you know what, I just want to give a shout out to you. Oh, I can I consider you a me and you soldiers, you know, in the war on negativity. And those of us who choose to spend our spare time as opposed to surfing the internet or going shopping, we're choosing to spend some of our spare time to learn more about ourselves, our minds, how to be more positive how to fix and help and change things so we can show it to our kids and our nieces and nephews. Those are the people who are going to make the real change in this world. So I just want to thank you for being you. I would also love to have you step in on the website and share a little bit. We have usually have someone that comes in and talks a little bit about yoga, like to have someone that comes in and talks about, like breathing techniques. Just change it up. So not everyone is mentioning is just talking about morning rituals and affirmations. Yeah, um, so if you wanted to come, there's definitely a slot for you to tell us. Yeah, yeah,

Unknown Speaker  41:25
definitely. I look for that. Thank you. Yeah, absolutely. That would be great. And, yeah, cuz mindfulness makes a massive difference and being present and all that. And there are some tools as well listeners that you can do for that. listeners do stay tuned. As always, there's a meditation inspired by today's talk. But Neo, thank you for the opportunity. Thank you so much for being on the show, hey, just keep doing what you're doing. Because I don't know just the world needs more people like you. And it's been a gift for you to give me your time today to speak. So I will just say thank you. And thank you, universe.

Unknown Speaker  42:01
Thank you for having me. And thank you, universe,

Unknown Speaker  42:05
thank you so much. Take care. I'm gonna say that was one of the most inspiring talks that I've had on manifestation and law of attraction, it felt so sincere. And also, it wasn't all about just looking at a car picture and picture on it in your head and it happening. So I really, I really felt like I wanted to really honour the talk that we had today. And I thought about offering you right now a meditation on how to be more a watcher of your faults. So faults are. They're here and everywhere throughout the day. But how can we kind of learn to watch without having to react. So like with all forms of meditation, just do this when you won't be disturbed. And you can always pause this and listen to it later on while you're sitting somewhere peaceful and quiet. So set up nice and tall. A spine is nice and long. The reason for that is that it enables us to find a common state of being. So that may be on the floor that may be on a high back chair, whatever is physically able for your body right now at the moment. And this is going to be a short meditation, because I want you to try and take the tools from it into your everyday life. So you're going to inhale very slowly. Exhale very slowly. And as you breathed, imagine the breath is like a wave. So it's a wave that comes up as you inhale. And it's a wave that comes down as you exhale. And in the background. You just allow that rhythm of slow inhalation, slow exhalation, slow inhalation, slow exhalation. And you just continue with that space, that space and being and the mind as we were discussing earlier, is a muscle and we can change the neural pathways so that we can body more healthier habits and faults. So dear listener, as you're sitting here, listening to your breath, what thought has come in through the back door of your mind? It doesn't matter what is just observe. So the important thing to remember is not to panic if you have thoughts that don't serve your purpose or negative, or anything like that, that thought can be there, but you are here, that fork can exist separate from where you are right now, you can be here, and that can be there. And that that fork can exist in the sense that it can swim by in your mind how ever this is very important. So to take a nice calm, deep breath, inhale and exhale, that fought, you do not need to re act to instead, you can act now, of course, it is impossible during this meditation together for me to know what it is you are thinking.

Unknown Speaker  46:03
For the purpose

Unknown Speaker  46:11
of this meditation, just say that a fault has come into your mind, which is like, what what do I think I'm doing? I'm useless. So quite a mean thing to say to oneself. But instead be the watcher of your thoughts and just say, I've fought this, but this is not me, this is not my reality. Instead, allow that thought to be and change it around, change it around to I am useful. I am useful. Every time he says something like I am useless, change it into I am useful. I will never make enough money to I now make enough money from this very moment.

Unknown Speaker  47:25
So I invite you to bring this awareness in to your everyday life. The key to being able to do this, like we were discussing earlier, is to develop a sense of presence, our sense of being right here, right now, right in this very precise moment. And one of the great, brilliant tools to do that is through the tool of breathing with meditation. So take some slow, calm, deep breaths as you inhale. Slow, calm, deep breaths as you exhale. And as you feel that fought come in through the back door of the mind, again, focus your attention on your breath. So you think I'm inhaling and exhaling and then you pivot that fought in your mind to be that of positivity. So you pivot the thought

Unknown Speaker  49:01
so

Unknown Speaker  49:04
that is a mindful meditation that you can do throughout your day. So take some slow, calm deep breaths in and out through the nostrils come back into the present, come back into the room. And that is a little tool that you can take around with you. The key is to be aware of the faults and that requires a daily meditation practice. So I have over about 80 meditations on the end of all my podcast shows which are inspired by our guests. So for more meditation meditations, just check out some previous shows
