I'm here not to kind of mourn and complain, but instead give you a vision of hope, a vision of how it can all be. And abundance and prosperity and your self-worth is nothing to do with how much you've got in your bank account. I know you might be thinking, hey, gentle yoga warrior, how can you say that I'm struggling? Know you might be thinking, hey, gentle yoga warrior, how can you say that I'm struggling? Abundance comes from how we feel inside and some of these external factors, and maybe they're being planned to be this way, maybe it's just the way it's happened, who knows? But the only thing that we can really change is our internal self, and that is the only way forward. And, of course, there's going to be some days where you're thinking, oh, my gosh, I am so squeezed for cash I cannot afford. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And other days you might think, oh, actually I feel a bit more relaxed about it. But I want to teach you how to feel abundant, prosperous and happier from the inside out. So if you heard last week's podcast, it was called Cleansing your Emotional Lens A Path to Genuine Manifestation, part 1. We talked about abundance and how to really know one's why, rather than going for luxury, designer clothes. Think about the way you want to feel emotionally, spiritually, etc. And I concluded that podcast with a wonderful guided meditation and in that we discovered what your heart most desires. Now I know you're busy. If you haven't had time to a listen to that podcast or b, do the exercise, still, listen to this podcast all the way through and then perhaps, if you choose, you can go back to the first part one, do the exercise and then build on from there. So what your heart most desires, and that I was kind of trying to inspire you to come from a place where it felt like an emotional connection or rather kind of a more, kind of higher connection, rather than thinking, oh, simply, I want to say a pair of shoes. You need to know why you want those shoes and art. Is that going to help you develop as a person further and is that going to help you spiritually? Like I said, it's not to say that you can't have nice things, but it's to know your why, how it's going to progress, help you progress in this world and help you progress as a, as a human, having this human experience now. So do check out this episode. So part two. So whatever your heart desires most. We'll do a meditation at the end to help develop that a bit further, but for now let's try and tap into ways that we can feel abundant and prosperous regardless of what's happening and how we can perhaps manifest something better.

Speaker 1:

So what is true abundance feel like for you? As I say that, I imagine my hand brushing against like the top of grass in the summer. I imagine the beautiful song of a bird. I imagine feeling that warm feeling of kind of comfort when you're indoors on a rainy day, or that warm feeling when you feel the sun, which is quite a special thing here in the UK, but when you feel the warm sun that we do get some, as warm sun on your face or even in the winter sun, there's something really magical about that. Or abundance might be to you having time with your family and loved ones, having cuddles with your family members, having lots of time to do what you want, having an abundance, having like a day off, maybe from work, where you're you're free to do what you want, and maybe you don't have the money financially to do what you want, but then there's free stuff which you really enjoy, like nature or reading or doing something that you feel enriches your life, and prosperity.

Speaker 1:

How do you feel prosperity is kind of believing and having that trust in the hope of what it is that your heart desires and what you're trying to manifest. And I always feel from a humble, grounded but elevated place. So if we're grounded but then we can elevate ourself up at the same time, so it's having the mix of those two things and I think that's a really wonderful and special place to work from. So prosperity is kind of like helping one feel a sense of like joy, happiness, so when we learn how to flow in ourself and be and feel like that growth, that prosperity to me is having good health, well-being, wealth of what we want. So not necessarily financial wealth, but equally there's nothing wrong with health and financial wealth. The reason I'm sharing alternatives is because I know so many people are not feeling wealthy at the moment and are finding it hard to manifest, because what happens is we have these dreams, we want to manifest something positive, but then because we're stuck in this difficult external world which then comes into our internal thoughts and things, we find it hard to manifest. Because we're so busy concentrating on things that we don't want, we find it hard to accomplish things that we do.

Speaker 1:

So one of the things that you can do to help with what your heart most desires is, if you've done that meditation from episode one and um, get like a piece of paper and put that right in the middle of what your heart most desires, then off it, draw kind of lines and put what that will make you feel like. So my, let's just say, my heart most desires a bouquet of daffodils, and I'll put off that. What would that give me? Joy? How would I feel inside, contented. What does that symbolize for me? Love, abundance.

Speaker 1:

So that is just like a kind of really loose example, but that's something that you can do and you can build on that. And then perhaps you can get some old magazines if you happen to have them lying around and almost things are digital. So maybe you could use some sort of digital design thing like Canva and put together what emotions and the feelings of what your heart most desires and how you're kind of going to get to that what your heart most desires and how you're kind of going to get to that and it can be something that you can do with a sense of manifesting what your heart most desires and feeling it from the very depth of your being, from a place of trust, love and learning. So that is what one's heart most desires. And what is that for you? And if you did the meditation last week and you still don't not sure, just do it again until you find it, so you feel like you're floating in your prosperity. So the sea of prosperity will help you float to whatever island in your imagination you want to go to to manifest your soul's dream and then bring that, for the good of yourself and for others, into this world. For we were all here to shine and manifest things of joy and beauty.

Speaker 1:

And it's not all about kind of being kind of suppressed into poverty and thinking about it all the time. And if you're going through a particularly difficult time and you've got zero money or you're in the negative in your bank account, what ways can you find to feel abundant? Like you're gonna laugh, or maybe you're not, but it made me feel really abundant to sort out my food cupboard and then find all the bits of food and like dry food. This is that I forgot I had and I thought actually I don't need to go shopping this week because I've got this, this and this, and another way it could be like is to just go and walk, especially at this time of year in the UK. We're in spring and there's so many beautiful flowers out and life is coming to be beautiful life like the little birds, the nature, the trees, etc. And that is a way of being abundant getting together with loved ones and each deciding to bring have a meal in someone's house and we all bring a course, each um, of something healthy and joyful and just sharing that time.

Speaker 1:

Or if you and your friend are broke and you want to? Um do something together and it's getting warmer. So instead of like spending um, I don't know, five pounds, I don't know how much a coffee would cost in the us or australia or germany or all the other countries of the world where this is broadcast, but, um, instead of buying that coffee, could you take a flask of something and sit in a park with your friend and have a conversation. Or, if the weather's bad, could you go and sit in each other's house and just have like a cup of coffee and do something free. Could you do a craft thing with your friends? There's all different ideas. If you're struggling to entertain your children, could you make something with them instead and like find free things.

Speaker 1:

Beware, some of the museums are a bit cheeky here, um, in the capital, because they um say free, but then the free things the children generally don't want to go to, and then the stuff that they want to go to they charge for. I had that with my friend when we took her son one easter it was last easter actually to one of a top museum which said it was free, but then all the activities were really expensive. So just check out before you go anywhere. But Parks, aurora is free. Nature walks that you can organize are always free. They are here anyway.

Speaker 1:

So there's all these different ways that you can feel and then to manifest. What you want is to keep trying to do micro habits that progress you towards that each and every single day. I know that feeling. Sometimes you think, oh, why bother? I'm not getting any further forward. But we've got to kind of show if we don't show up for ourselves, and who's going to show up for us? So it's about doing micro habits and maybe just having like one or two tasks a day that you think is going to show up for us. So it's about doing micro habits and maybe just having like one or two tasks a day that you think is going to help you manifest what you want.

Speaker 1:

And I just add a word of caution. And sometimes I'd say like, try for a good, put a good effort in for a while. Don't give up before the seeds, because sometimes just before the seeds are coming up is when we can give up. But know in your heart, if you're trying for a long time, maybe it's not the right path. But don't use it as an excuse. But equally, accept fate as well, so we can try and change things, and we have we have the power to change so many things.

Speaker 1:

I think fate is something that we can't change. But that's just my personal opinion. Like I said, when I share things on here, you do not. I do not expect you to agree with everything I say, and I wouldn't. I would like you to have your own thoughts. These are just my opinions, your. Your opinions may be completely different and sometimes if you hear someone's got a different opinion, it helps us realize what our opinions are as well. So it's good to kind of have that. But what I was trying to say is that there's faith and then there's there's our power to manifest, and if something's not happening for you, maybe it's not quite the right path, and don't give up before the seeds are just about to come up through the ground either. So there's two food support there. Um, how do you manifest things? I've done a wonderful vision board with pictures on it and I feel so much better already. It feels like it's released something. Then you get to the next level and it feels a bit bumpy. Okay, so for today's meditation, top tips for the meditation is either sit nice and cross-legged on the floor with a nice straight back always nice to sit on a block or a cushion, or that's not available for you. You sit in a chair with the back nice and straight. The important thing is you're not slouching and if you're doing something that requires your concentration, all you need to do is just pause this and you can reconvene the meditation at a time that is good for you. If you're doing the meditation, let's begin. You're going to close your eyes and you are floating on this beautiful water of possibility. In your pocket you have a picture of the painting of the word or image that you put together last week of what your heart most desires.

Speaker 1:

So we sit and we lay on the back of this raft. The water is pink, calm and if it splashes on you, slightly warm. There's a sparkle of light in the sky and you float along on this safe and beautiful pool of pink water of possibility. You have to you feel into what it feels in the heart center, to tap into what your heart most desires. And you float so elegantly on this water. As it floats along, slowly and surely, you look up to the sky and you see ideas of how you're going to get your heart's biggest desire, one that is in line with your soul, the one that is going to help elevate your being in this life.

Speaker 1:

And if you see a word up there that feels part of what your heart desires, it's like on a piece of fabric.

It's like on a piece of fabric.

You can reach up and gently bring it down and you just place it on top of that word, that heart desire that you're holding close to yourself.

And then you see a little pouch of like, like a little silk handbag, and you just start to put all those into this little handbag.

Speaker 1:

The handbag is your prosperity, your your kind of satchel of hope. And you just continue and you see things that are going to help you, your spiritual life, your skills into business, good health, what you want to manifest in your home, your relationships and you just see the little words in the air and you pick them up and you gently put them into this bag and you just continue like this for a while as you float around in this water and with the satchel now full of these words of possibilities, you drip it around your shoulder and you hold the satchel towards your heart, you take a deep breath and you feel your infinite possibilities, your heart's desire and the skills that you need to get there, not all put together, but kind of floating there in the ether, floating there in the ether, ready to be kind of picked up when you next sit down and write your plan. So softly and slowly come back into the moment, come back into the room. So thank you, dear listeners.
