Stress in the 21st century is often more psychological than physical, so we must tackle it in kind. While of course external support is both welcomed and helpful, we ourselves can build our inner strength - our mental and emotional fortitude - our personal power, in order to achieve what we desire. This psychological fitness will help us sustain our motivation, choose our behaviours for the best outcome and drive us forward even when we're exhausted. And the more give ourselves these little energy boosts, the stronger we become.
