A syndemic (or synergistic epidemic) is the coexisting force of two separate health and/or environmental dilemmas on an individual or population. In this episode, I discuss how the pandemics of systemic racism and COVID-19 intertwine to negatively impact overall wellness and how we can shift our mindset to emerge transformed.
