Empowering ourselves to say no is for Us primarily: others benefit secondarily from our ability to hold or flex that boundary. This episode taps into the importance of actively engaging in saying no, and how powerful that can be even when circumstances violate that boundary. We continue to support the idea that saying no can be practiced like any other skill, and I offer a personal example of why it's so incredibly valuable to know and express my truth despite terrible circumstances - and how you can too. It starts with you, so have a journal on hand or a good friend to dialogue with what comes up for you in this episode. And if you can't play with this today? That's okay too. Stay curious. We'll see you later, or in the next episode friend. 🌿
