Dr. Jeff Horowitz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh and dental degree from the MUSC in Charleston. Dr. Horowitz founded the Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Advanced Sleep and TMJ Centers. His main interests include cosmetic smile and bite rehabilitation, complex restorative cases, treatment of sleep disordered breathing, orthodontics and temporo-mandibular disorders.
He is a Fellow of the AGD. He has served as a mentor and scientific advisor at the Kois Center in Seattle, a clinical instructor for Sleep Group Solutions, and global faculty for Align/Itero. His affiliations include the AADSM and the ASBA holding dual-diplomate status, the AACD, the American Orthodontic Society, the Piper Study Club, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the Wellness Dentistry Network.
A native North Carolinian, Dr. Jennifer Bell earned her undergraduate and doctoral degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently owns two practices in the Raleigh, NC area where she practices full time. Dr. Bell is a graduate of the Kois Continuum and a fellow in both the Academy of General Dentistry and International College of Dentists. Dr. Bell is active in the Academy of General Dentistry where she serves on the Dental Practice Council, Government Evaluation and Review Committee, and as a National Spokesperson. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bell is busy raising three kids with her husband Brian.
