Jeff Horowitz
Dr. Jeff Horowitz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh and dental degree from the MUSC in Charleston. Dr. Horowitz founded the Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Advanced Sleep and TMJ Centers. His main interests include cosmetic smile and bite rehabilitation, complex restorative cases, treatment of sleep disordered breathing, orthodontics and temporo-mandibular disorders.
He is a Fellow of the AGD. He has served as a mentor and scientific advisor at the Kois Center in Seattle, a clinical instructor for Sleep Group Solutions, and global faculty for Align/Itero. His affiliations include the AADSM and the ASBA holding dual-diplomate status, the AACD, the American Orthodontic Society, the Piper Study Club, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the Wellness Dentistry Network.
