So you got your calendar in order, and it's true? Congrats! If not, listen to episode 199. But now you know how to schedule time in your day. What do you put in those time blocks? What's important. Perhaps you've got weekly buckets that you want to choose important items from, you can get Antonia Bowring's ebook "ADHD Success Planner" .
Perhaps you want a system for determining what's truly a priority, then I recommend looking into Skye Waterson's Prioritization Filter
And the famous way of figuring out priorities is the Eisenhower Matrix. Google it. Then pick the items that are not urgent/important.
